إدراج / عرض الصور من عناوين URL في Excel

لإدراج الصور من عناوين المواقع ، يرجى القيام بما يلي.

1. قم بتمكين الميزة بالنقر فوق كوتولس > إدراج > إدراج صور من المسار (URL).

2. في ال إدراج صور من المسار (URL) الحوار من فضلك:

  • 1) حدد نطاق الخلايا باستخدام عناوين URL التي تريد إدراج الصور بناءً عليها في ملف نطاق المسار (URL) قسم.
  • 2) حدد خلية فارغة حيث ستخرج الصور في ملف إدراج نطاق (خلية واحدة) قسم.
  • 3) حدد حجم الصورة الذي تريده في حجم الصورة (بكسل) قسم.
  • شنومكس) انقر فوق OK زر. انظر لقطة الشاشة:

ثم يتم عرض جميع الصور بناءً على عناوين URL المحددة كما هو موضح أدناه.

إذا كنت تريد عرض الصور من مسارات الملفات ، يرجى المحاولة على النحو التالي.

1. قم بتمكين الميزة بالنقر فوق كوتولس > إدراج > إدراج صور من المسار (URL).

2. في ال إدراج صور من المسار (URL) مربع الحوار ، يرجى إنهاء الإعدادات أدناه:

  • شنومكس) في نطاق المسار (URL) في القسم ، حدد الخلايا التي تحتوي على مسارات الملفات التي ستعرض الصور بناءً عليها ؛
  • شنومكس) في إدراج نطاق (خلية واحدة) القسم ، حدد خلية ستخرج الصور ؛
  • 3) حدد حجم الصورة الذي تريده في حجم الصورة (بكسل) قسم.
  • شنومكس) انقر فوق OK زر. انظر لقطة الشاشة:

الآن ، يتم إدراج الصور في خلايا محددة بناءً على المسارات المحددة. انظر لقطة الشاشة:

ملاحظات:

1. إذا قمت بالتدقيق في أضف الصورة الأصلية كتعليق في مربع الحوار هذا ، سيتم إدراج الصور في التعليقات بالأحجام الأصلية في نفس الوقت.

2. وفقًا لمواصفات وحدود برنامج Excel (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/excel-specifications-and-limits-1672b34d-7043-467e-8e27-269d656771c3) ، يجب أن يكون عرض الصور المدرجة أقل من 2045 بكسل ، ويجب أن يكون الارتفاع الثابت أقل من 547 بكسل.

when i use the split data it doesnt grab the images accordingly and im splitting my workbook into aprox 50 sheets is there a better way to do this without going through each workbook

The Split Data function does not yet support processing images. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dear team,
When I added the images matching column through kutools which I just purchased to solve my problem after spending 52USD, still my problem persists, as the image quality becomes worse on its own after adding thrugh kutools in excel. Please help.

Hi akshay,

To solve this problem, please select File > Options to open the Excel Options window. Then select Advanced in the left pane, check the Do not compress images in file checkbox and then click OK to save the changes.

Dear team,
When I added the images matching column through kutools which I just purchased to solve my problem after spending 52USD, still my problem persists, as the image quality becomes worse on its own after adding thrugh kutools in excel. Please help.

Hi,

Does this feature not work if the URL link is a formula?

I connected to Anaplan module which displays the account logo link based on the user selection of specific account name. This way the in the other tab the table information (coming from separate Anaplan module) is updated based on the user selection of account name and the link would also update based on same to populate the grid and the logo image.

I have a spreadsheet I use for a list of names.
The cells have the names.
Some of the cells would have the same picture.
(Think of a family list for ancestry)
To have the same picture show more than once would make the file very large.

Is it possible to have two worksheets in the same workbook.
One sheet is for only pictures.
The other sheet shows the names, the names of parents.

Can I put a code (similar to html) that can show the same picture more than once.
Not embed, that would make the file size too large.
But only to show the picture with a click.
Another click hides the picture.

When the workbook is closed, only the original pictures on their own sheet are retained.

Showing this same procedure inside a comment would be fantastic too.
(This way, embed picture once, show many.

Hi Jane Anderson,
This feature has been upgraded to include the "add original image as comment" option, please watch out for our new release.
You can select a cell in another worksheet as the picture storage area to separate the picture worksheet from the original data worksheet.
But this feature will not help you to achieve inserting pictures based on names only, you need to provide the picture storage path. Or you can use the "Match Import Picture" fearure to handle this problem.

No funciona en Windows 11 ni en Windows 10 esta funcion... aun no he probado en Win7... y he probado la version 21 y 24 de kutools.. que horrible que lo publiciten tanto.... Cuando lo mando a trabajar, se poco antes de llegar al 100% se pega, independiente de usar otro ser de url o no....
