I have set up the first cell in a data base with a data validation list to be a searchable drop down list.  I need to copy this same cell to many cells below it using the same data validation list and searchable list.  How can i do that?

Hi Nancy,

Do do so, please watch the video from YouTube. The part you need starts from 12:30: https://www.google.com/search?q=searchable+drop+down+list&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#kpvalbx=_dBsLYuXULr2mptQP67OF6AI55

Or, you can use the Searchable Drop-down List feature from Kutools for Excel: https://www.extendoffice.com/product/kutools-for-excel/excel-searchable-drop-down-list.html

With the feature, you can just copy the cell where you applied the drop-down list, no other works.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Amanda
