Hi there,
Is "." in the 000.000.000 a thousand separator? If so, you can select the cells where you want to apply the number format "000.000.000", and then press Ctrl + 1. On the Number tab, click Custom, and then type 000.000.000 in the Type box.
Then click OK.
The cells should now have the number format as you want.
