adding rates from names in a table help!

Hello, I'm trying to populate the rate in column C in the August sheet from the Rates sheet depending on the name. I want to be able to type the name in column B in the August tab and the costing rate will automatically fill in using the value from the rates table. I'm new to this level of excel and have tried a couple times with no success.
