Hi, I want to know if the software can do the following:
I have an excel with 4000 rows by 31 columns.
I want to show each row exactly twice.
In other words, have 2 identical rows one after the next instead of just one.
Please let me know if this is something the software can do and I can go ahead and purchase it?

Yes, there is a feature called Duplicate Rows / Rows Based On Cell Value: https://www.extendoffice.com/product/kutools-for-excel/excel-duplicate-rows-based-on-cell-value.html#duplicate%20rows%20or%20columns
Please do as follows:
1. Click Kutools > Insert > Duplicate Rows / Columns based on cell value to enable the utility.
2. In the Copy and insert rows & columns dialog, you need to:

2. In the Copy and insert rows & columns dialog, you need to:
- Select the Copy and insert rows option in the Type section;
- Select the range you will duplicate the rows in the Insert Range box;
- Type 1 in the Repeat Times box;
- Click the OK or Apply button. See screenshot:
