Hi guys

I purchased Kutools for Excel on 24th July 2017. I have used it many times successfully. However due to a hard drive failure on my original laptop about a month back - I had to reinstall and update windows (to windows 10 from windows 7) using a new laptop.

I have run the (365) new office and Kutools successfully up to now. Now every time I try and perform any task (including the help function) in Kutools - Excel shuts down completely and wants to disable the Kutools app on startup.

I reason this may be due to my laptop change ? I still have the same email address, still work for the same company and still have the original activation/licence code email from the original installation (order ID is 3ERDMEM-XXX )

What can I do to get my Kutools working again please ?
